LEED Platinum Certified Steel Building

Hangar 25 is the world’s first LEED® Platinum certified aviation facility in the world. The main structure is approximately 50,677 square feet of hangar space, with the remainder as office space. This project is large enough to house the smaller corporate jets to as large as a Boeing Business Jet 757-200.

Some of the sustainable features are solar white roof, 1,530 solar panels, high-volume/low speed fans, evaporative coolers, efficient lighting, pluming fixtures, sustainable landscaping, diamond polished flooring, and a fire suppression system. These features allow this facility to decrease building energy by more than 120% and water consumption by 60%.
