Distribution Building with Mezzanine

This project is a chemical distribution facility consisting of four metal buildings: a tank farm, dry storage, retail store and administrative offices. The exterior is accented with two-tone metal panels and masonry.

The administrative office is 76’ x 70’ x 30’ including the mezzanine, which is constructed with metal deck, framing for two stairways, elevator and mechanical opening.
