PWT Building #2 was constructed to support the growing manufacturing and warehousing operations of PWT, a North American manufacturer of premium engineered wood products. Delivered by CBC Steel Buildings, the facility combines a 200’ x 200’ gable symmetrical structure with an adjoining 65’ x 50’ single slope addition, giving PWT the flexible, large-scale footprint required for efficient production and material flow.

The building’s R-Panel wall system in Polar White and Standing Seam 360 roof in Regal White were utilized to deliver a clean, durable exterior built to withstand the demands of daily industrial use while presenting a polished, professional appearance. Overhead doors provide convenient access for material handling and equipment throughout the facility, supporting smooth day-today operations.
