Two Single Slope Metal Buildings with Surrounding Parapet Walls

This custom designed retail and service center was built utilizing two single slope metal buildings — the warehouse and office spaces. It features parapet walls, which CBC supplied the parapet framings and back panels. There are below eave canopies and awnings, where the one run of tube support at canopy level and one run above the canopy to support the diagonal bracings were furnished by CBC. Also provided by CBC was a false rafter to support the lower roof purlins of the office building.

With multiple locations, SM Tire facilities feature mobile tire repairs, 24 hours a day. For the Santa Maria location, they chose a custom pre-engineered CBC Steel Buildings structure.
