Six-Building Brewery Complex

Custom Brewery Buildings: This uniquely designed complex, centered around its main feature known as The Rock, is a large structure with indoor and outdoor seating that seamlessly flow together with its large roll-up doors. Home to their 30-barrel brewhouse, it includes SLO’s brew production, a tasting room, commercial kitchen, gymnasium and future lease spaces. This unique steel building complex is a total of six buildings and is also used to host corporate functions, weddings, and other events.
