Manufacturing Building with Overhead Doors and Entrance Lean-To

The EMJO 1985 Manufacturing facility in Cedar City, Utah, was designed to support injected plastic molding operations for a wide range of products, including septic tanks, canoes, and other small plastic components.

The project consists of a 140’ x 150’ symmetrical gable structure paired with a separate 50’ x 100’ single slope structure, providing functional space tailored to the manufacturing process, as well as storage. An added lean-to structure enhances the facility’s entrance, providing covered access while creating a more welcoming arrival experience. The building features CBC’s R-Panel wall system in Burnished Slate, complemented by the R-Panel roof in Galvalume Plus for a clean, durable exterior appearance. Multiple overhead doors were incorporated to support efficient material handling and manufacturing workflows.
