The Ashland Goodwill is a community‑focused 14,464 sf retail facility designed to elevate both customer appeal and support smooth behind‑the‑scenes operations. Its two asymmetrical gable structures create distinct zones for retail, warehouse, office, and loading functions, all wrapped in Warm White R‑Panels with Surrey Beige accents for a clean, modern look.

Thoughtful features including below‑eave canopies, multiple loading docks with overhead doors, and a dedicated covered donation drop‑off were included in the design, and a Reverse R‑Panel eave extension on the donation canopy adds both protection and a refined finishing touch.
