Completed in two phases, this 272,000 sf this state-of-the-art walnut processing facility includes connected bulk storage and processing buildings. The processing building features a high-tech conveyance system, with the storage building accommodating up to 25 million pounds of storage capacity.

Design features include 18,000 sf of cold storage space, a partial mezzanine, and a triple dock to accommodate multiple trucks. The exterior is clad with R-Panel walls in polar white and a Standing Seam 360 roof system in regal white.
