Shop Addition with Parapet Walls and Overhead Doors

This shop addition in Modesto, CA was designed to expand the existing pre-engineered metal building for E & S Precision Machine. The structure features a single slope frame with a slab-on-grade foundation, two steel rolling overhead doors, and walk doors to facilitate efficient access.

The exterior comprises R-Panel metal wall panels in Sandstone complemented by the R-Panel in Burnished Slate placed horizontally as an accent, along with the R-Panel roof system in Polar White. Durability and aesthetics are enhanced through the inclusion of a 4-foot masonry wall on the north and south elevations, as well as parapet walls on the left and rear end walls.
