Clear Span Storage with Truck Docks

Pacific Woodtech, a manufacturer of engineered wood products selected CBC for the fourth building on their Burlington, Washington campus. As a result of a dynamic building environment, Pacific Woodtech experienced a need for increased onsite raw material storage.

The rigid frame clear span main building offers ample storage for those products needed in Pacific Woodtech’s manufacturing process. Attached is a partially enclosed, single slope, unheated structure for the added truck loading and unloading necessary to manage their materials. The buildings utilize MS-24 Standing Seam roof systems with R-Panel walls.
