Building Expansion with Multiple Translucent Roof Panels

Solar Cool Properties needed another facility built after a fire destroyed their building. One gable symmetrical framing structure gives the company over 18,000 sf of space. Some features include three rollup doors, a partial mezzanine housing an office, and a loading dock. Below eave canopies, translucent roof panels, ridge vents, 10-foot-high masonry walls, and royal blue roof trim finish the exterior.
