The Toyota automotive dealership of Santa Maria, CA features a large service area with roof parking that houses spare inventory. The structure has an open two-story lobby with large windows showing the X and V metal bracing. Four partial mezzanines provide office and storage space.

The roof assembly includes purlins and a R-panel with rigid insulation, and PVC roofing to accommodate multiple HVAC units hidden behind mechanical screens. CBC also provided the framing for the parapet walls for the service bays.
