Gable Truck Maintenance Addition with Insulated Metal Panel

This 4,800 sf addition expands an existing maintenance facility for the Penske Truck Rental location in Montebello, California. Penske provides local moving vehicles and supplies, and the new space supports maintenance of its truck fleet.

The addition is structurally independent of the existing building. It uses a gable framing system that combines rigid frame clear span and multi-span sections. The roof features CBC’s R-Panel in Polar White, and the walls are insulated metal panel supplied by others. Multiple roll-up overhead doors provide access for day-to-day maintenance work.
