NANA Construction is a full-service general contractor that provides core services to the mining, oil and gas industries. This 80’ x 140’ shop was built for an oilfield contractor. The facility includes a 80’ x 30’ partial mezzanine and a 5-ton crane.

The project’s main challenge was the location in Alaska and the time of year for erection — starting in mid-September with completion in October. The crew faced 20-40 mph winds and temperatures reaching -10°.
